- Providing healthy and safe workplaces, equipment and systems of work, insofar as is reasonably practicable
- Providing sufficient resources for the management of health, safety, environment and quality arrangements
- Supporting and promoting the health and wellbeing of our employees
- Protecting and preserving the environment, including prevention of pollution from work activities that are potentially environmentally significant

- Developing a culture where all incidents or near misses, however small, are reported and investigated to learn lessons and ensure suitable processes and control measures are introduced to prevent reoccurrence
- Working with organizations and customers to establish and maintain the highest quality standards
- Consultation and participation of our employees, their representatives and other stakeholders as part of the continual improvement process
- Achieving and maintaining all required third-party certifications that may be required by our Clients
Leadership Accountability
- Responsibilities for HSEQ have been established at all levels of the company, as stated in individual procedures
- Management is responsible and accountable for implementing and enforcing HSEQ policies and procedures
- HSEQ performance is tracked and metrics designed to help achieve established goals
- The Executive team will review and update this policy statement on at least an annual basis

- STOP any activity that may have a negative impact on Health, Safety, Environment or Quality
- Conduct themselves in accordance with HSEQ requirements and speak up if they have concerns or improvement suggestions
Communication
This policy will be displayed prominently in all ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôºoffices, be available on the ËÄ»¢Ó°ÔºIntegrated Management System, and shared with stakeholders.
