  • Developing a culture where all incidents or near misses, however small, are reported and investigated to learn lessons and ensure suitable processes and control measures are introduced to prevent reoccurrence
  • Working with organizations and customers to establish and maintain the highest quality standards
  • Consultation and participation of our employees, their representatives and other stakeholders as part of the continual improvement process
  • Achieving and maintaining all required third-party certifications that may be required by our Clients

 

Leadership Accountability

  • Responsibilities for HSEQ have been established at all levels of the company, as stated in individual procedures
  • Management is responsible and accountable for implementing and enforcing HSEQ policies and procedures
  • HSEQ performance is tracked and metrics designed to help achieve established goals
  • The Executive team will review and update this policy statement on at least an annual basis

ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôºemployees are empowered and have an obligation to:

  • STOP any activity that may have a negative impact on Health, Safety, Environment or Quality
  • Conduct themselves in accordance with HSEQ requirements and speak up if they have concerns or improvement suggestions

 

Communication

This policy will be displayed prominently in all ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôºoffices, be available on the ËÄ»¢Ó°ÔºIntegrated Management System, and shared with stakeholders.
