New York 鈥� /PRNewswire/ 鈥� National Response Corporation (鈥淣RC鈥�), a portfolio company of J.F. Lehman & Company, announced today the completion of the acquisition of Emerald Alaska, LLC (鈥淓merald Alaska鈥�) from Emerald Services, Inc.

Headquartered in Great River, NY, with regional offices throughout the U.S. and internationally, 四虎影院has more than 1,000 employees globally.

 
Emerald Alaska is a leading provider of environmental and emergency response solutions to the oil and gas industry in the state of Alaska. Headquartered in Anchorage, AK with seven permitted facilities strategically located throughout the state, Emerald Alaska has more than 100 employees.
